ملخص البحث
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين سيدنا محمد اللهم صلِّ عليه وعلى آله وصحبه، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين  أما بعد:
  فإن علماء الإسلام لهم قدر رفيع عند الله I ، فهم ورثة النبوة وحصن الأمة، کم من عالم أمات فتنة وأحيا أمة، ورد شارداً وأرشد ضالاً، وأقام فرضاً وبعث نفلاً، وفرج کربة وأزال غمة، فتقدُّم الأمم بتقدُّم علمائها ورفعتها برفعتهم.
ومع أثرهم العظيم في تحصين الأمة وحمايتها ونموها وتطورها،
إلا أنه ظهرت فئة منذ أمد، تجاهلت الجهود العظيمة التي قدمها العلماء، والأثر الکبير الذي أحدثوه، فأخذوا يتصيدون أخطاءهم، ويرقبون أقوالهم وأفعالهم، فيعيبون عليهم هنات لا تُزري بهم، يجعلونها أموراً فادحة، تذهب بحسناتهم، وتحبط عملهم، فبهذا سوَّغوا لأنفسهم إطلاق اللسان في أعراض العلماء، فراحوا ينهشون لحومهم ويهتکون أستارهم، وليس من سبب شرعي أو مبرر عقلي يدعو إلى هذا فليس لديهم حجة إلا الهوى الشخصي والحقد النفسي.
 
 
وقد زاد هذا الطعن والتجريح لعلماء الأمة وتفاقم خطره حتى أصبح ظاهرة عمَّت المجتمع ونجمت بين الناس؛ لهذا رأيت کتابة هذا الدراسة التي اشتملت على مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة.

Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, our master Muhammad, may God bless him and his family and companions, and whoever follows them with charity until the Day of Judgment
  For the scholars of Islam have a high destiny with God, they are the heirs of the prophethood and the fortress of the nation, how many of the scholar died of sedition and revived a nation, and he came back and went astray, and established an imposition and sent a child, and a distraction and removed a cloud, so the nations were advanced by the progress of their scholars and raised them by their elevation.
And with their great impact on the nation’s fortification, protection, growth and development,
However, a class appeared a long time ago, ignoring the great efforts made by scientists, and the great impact they had, so they started hunting for their mistakes, and watching their words and deeds, and they reproached them for things that they did not visit, making them foolish things, they go with their good deeds, and frustrate their work, thus they justified themselves to release the tongue in Symptoms of the scholars, so they started denouncing their meat and violating their curtain, and there is no legal reason or mental justification for this, so they have no excuse but personal passion and psychological hatred.
This stabbing and defamation of the nation’s scholars increased and aggravated its danger until it became a phenomenon that pervaded society and struck among the people. That is why I saw the writing of this study that included an introduction, a preamble, three investigations and a conclusion.
