ما لا يسع المفسر إغفاله وترکه من ضوابط التفسير

الملخص
فإن لکل علم قواعد ملزمة وضوابط حاکمة، إن التُزِمت نمت شجرة العلم وأثمرت وأينعت وآتت أکلها کل حين بإذن ربها، وإن ضُيِّعت فسد بناء العلم وکان ضرره أکبر من نفعه ، ولا يستوي من أسس بنيانه على تقوى من الله ورضوان ، ومن أسس بنيانه على شفا جرف هار !!
والعلاقة بين التزام قواعد العلم وثواب ذلک -وکذا العلاقة بين مخالفة القواعد وعقوبتها- علاقة طردية ، فيزيد الثواب مع زيادة الالتزام بهذه القواعد ، وتشتد العقوبة مع تعمد المخالفة وفداحتها ، کما يعظم الثواب على حسب عظمة موضوع هذا العلم وغايته ، ولما کان التفسير علما ، وکان موضوعه کلام الله U ، کانت الحاجة إلى التزام قواعده وضوابطه أمَسَّ ؛ لأن خطورة المخالفة فيه أشد ، فوبال القول فيه بالهوى –بعيدا عن القواعد والضوابط- يعود على قائله أولا بالإثم والذنب العظيم ، ويعود على الناس بالتضليل والزيغ عن شرع الله .

Abstract
Every science has binding rules and governing canons; if these rules and canons are followed, the knowledge and science go on bringing forth their benefits at all times by the permission of Allāh. If, however, these rules and canons are neglected, the knowledge and science were corrupted and their harm would be greater than their profit.
The relationship between commitment to the rules of knowledge and the reward therefor, as well as the relationship between violating the rules and its punishment, is a direct relation. So, the reward with the increased adherence to these rules, and the becomes more severe with the deliberately violation and disobedience. The reward is magnified according to the greatness of the subject and purpose of this science. Whereas the interpretation "Tafsir" is a great science and knowledge and its topic is the word of Allāh "Qur'ân", The need to abide by its rules and canons is urgent, because the seriousness of the violation is more severe. Since the bad consequences of saying from inclination, out of rules and canons, will firstly affect those who say such saying with great sin and guilt, and will then drive people to misleading and transgressing the decree of Allāh.
