هذه دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية في المقاصد الشرعية عند ابن قدامة المقدسي تناولت الضروريات والحاجيات والتحسينيات بالتعريف والتمثيل لها من خلال کتاب المغني ،بداية کانت التطبيقات على الضروريات من جانب الوجود وجانب العدم وشملت الضروريات الخمس على حد السواء ومن ثم کان التطبيق على الحاجيات والتحسينيات .

Abstract:
This is an applied fundamental study in the purposes of Islamic law Sharia’ according to Imam Mowaffaq Al-Din Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi that addressed the necessities, needs and welfare means by definition and representation through the book of Al-Mughni. Initially, the applications were on the necessities on the part of existence and the part of nonentity, and included the five necessities equally. Then, the application was on the needs and the improvements.
