ملخص البحث
قاعدة: "المرأة في مالها کالرجل في ماله" مُهمَّة ينبغي الاعتناء بها؛ للإحاطة بمسائلها ومستجداتها الفقهية. وقد تناولتها بالتعريف، وبيان صيغها، والقواعد ذات الصلة بها، وأدلتها، وضوابط العمل بها، وإيضاحها بما يناسبها من الفروع المخرجة عليها، فانتظمت في مقدمة، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة.
وقد تضمنت المقدمة: أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، وأهدافه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث.
وشمل المبحث الأول: معنى ألفاظ القاعدة، والمعنى الإجمالي لها، وصيغها، والقواعد ذات الصلة بها. في أربعة مطالب. والمبحث الثاني: عزو القاعدة وتوثيقها. والمبحث الثالث: أدلة القاعدة من القرآن والسنة. والمبحث الرابع: ضوابط العمل بالقاعدة. والمبحث الخامس: التطبيقات الفقهية للقاعدة في عقود المعاوضات. في ثلاثة مطالب. والمبحث السادس: التطبيقات الفقهية للقاعدة في عقود التبرعات. في سبعة مطالب. وختم البحث بنتائج الدراسة، وتوصياتها.

Abstract:
RULE: " The woman, just like the man, has total right over her personal property" is an important matter must be addressed in order to encompass its jurisprudential matters and emerging issues.
I indicated its definition, explained its wordings, the relevant rules and evidences, and its rule application canons. I also clarified the rule by the appropriate sections on which the rule was analogized. This research was composed of a preface, six chapters, and a conclusion.
The preface included: the importance of the topic and the reason for its selection, its objectives and limits. It also included the previous studies, the research plan, and the research approach.
The first chapter included: the meaning of the rule words, its overall meaning, its wordings and the relevant rules, in four themes.
The second chapter: Ascription and authentication of the rule.
The third chapter: the proofs of rule in view of the Qur'ân and Sunnah.
The fourth chapter: the rule application canons.
The fifth chapter: the jurisprudence applications of the rule in the commutative contracts, in three themes.
The sixth chapter: the jurisprudence applications of the rule in the contracts of donations, in seven themes.
The research is concluded with the results and recommendations of the study.
