صفات المعلم الناجح

مهنة التعليم من أشرف المهن التي يشتغل بها الإنسان، إذ أنها مهنة الأنبياء والمرسلين – عليهم الصلاة والسلام – قال تعالى : "کما أرسلنا فيکم رسولا منکم يتلوا عليکم آياتنا ويزکيکم ويعلمکم الکتاب والحکمة ويعلمکم مالم تکونوا تعلمون" وعلى قدر النجاح فيها، وتحقيق الهدف منها يکون الأجر والثواب من الله ، ويکون التقدم والرقى للمجتمعات، ومن ثم کان الاهتمام بها واجبا، والعناية بأهم أرکانها ( المعلم ) مفروضة  لما کان المعلم هو أحد مصادر المعرفة – بل أهمها – بالنسبة لطلابه ومريديه، بجانب المصادر الأخرى التي تشکل وعي الطالب وإدراکه ومعرفته؛ من الأسرة والمجتمع ووسائل المعرفة المختلفة من مطالعة الکتب والصحف والمجلات ومشاهدة وسائل الإعلام الحديثة، کان لزاما لينجح في مهمته، ويبلغ غايته من وظيفته؛ أن يتخلق بجملة من الصفات التي تعينه على بناء العادات والأخلاق والسلوکيات الطيبة في طلابه ، فضلا عن تحصيلهم الجيد للعلوم التي يتلقونها منه  فالمعلم لا يمکن أن يحقق في الآخرين ما عجز عن تحقيقه في نفسه، ففاقد الشيء لا يعطيه، ومن ثم کان لابد للمعلم أن يکون مخلصا، تقيا، عدلا، صبورا، متواضعا، وفيا، رحيما، حسن المنطق والمظهر، متمکنا في مادته العلمية ، حاذقا بها ، قادرا على إدارة حوار جيد بينه وبين طلابه ، ماهرًا في تبسيط المعلومة وإيصالها لتلاميذه ، فضلا عن تمکنه وسيطرته على مقاليد الأمور في مجلس علمه . والمنهج الذي سيتبع في معالجة موضوع البحث هو المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الذي يقوم على إثبات أهم الصفات الشخصية والمهنية التي يجب أن يتحلى بها المعلم، وکيف يستفيد منها ليصل إلى غايته. والنتيجة التي أطمح إليها من هذا البحث هو إعداد معلم " أنموذج " في الناحية العلمية والخلقية والسلوکية لتخريج جيل قادر على المنافسة في مجالات الحياة العلمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغيرها من المجالات المتعددة وفي ختام البحث أوصى بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لحثهم على أن يکونوا قدوات صالحة يحتذى بهم، وتدريبهم على المنهج التربوي الصحيح لتوصيل المعلومة وغرس القيمة الخلقية.
Teaching is one of the most profound occupations which man can works. It is the profession of the prophets and messengers - peace be upon them. Allah says: "Just as We have sent among you a messenger from yourselves reciting to you Our verses and purifying you and teaching you the Book and wisdom and teaching you that which you did not know”. This profession will be rewarded from Allah according to the extent of success and goal achievement, and through it, societies would develop and be promoted. Therefore, it was necessary to pay attention to it and concern about its most important pillars (i.e. teacher), as the teacher is one of – but the most important – sources of knowledge for students and learners, in addition to other sources that constitute student's cognition, perception and knowledge; including family, community and different means of knowledge such as reading books, newspapers and magazines and watching modern media. In order for a teacher to be successful in his mission and achieve his job objectives, he should have a range of qualities that help him to establish good habits, ethics and behaviors in his students and be able to provide his sciences to his students in a way they can understand; as the teacher cannot achieve in others what he failed to achieve in himself as any person cannot give what he does not have. Thus, the teacher has to be dedicated, pious, just, patient, humble, faithful, compassionate, with good reasoning and appearance, proficient in his scientific material, subtle, able to manage a good contact between him and his students, skilled in simplifying the information and delivering it to his students, as well as to have power and control over all matters at his sessions. The approach to be adopted in addressing the thesis of research is an inductive analytical approach, which is based on demonstrating the most important personal and professional qualities that must be available in any teacher, and how a teacher can benefit from it to achieve his goal. The result of this research is to rehabilitate a “role model” teacher in the scientific, ethical and behavioral aspects to provide a competitive generation in the scientific, economic, social and other fields. At conclusion, I recommend to hold up training courses for teachers to urge them to be good role models and get them trained on the proper educational process to deliver information and establish moral value.
