هذا البحث هو خاص في أحكام متابعة الإمام ولها أهمية بالغة في الشريعة الإسلامية؛ حيث تُعنى بتنظيم أداء الصلاة الجماعية بشكل صحيح ومنظم، فيهدف البحث الحالي إلى:

فهم وتوضيح الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بمتابعة الإمام في حالات متعددة مثل توسعة المسجد وأسقفه وقبوه.
تحليل الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بمتابعة الإمام في الساحات الخارجية للمسجد، الطرقات والدكاكين والمباني المجاورة.
تقديم حلول فقهية عملية للمصلين لضمان صحة الصلاة في الظروف المختلفة.

ووصل البحث الحالي إلى النتائج التالية:

صحة متابعة الإمام في توسعات المسجد المنفصلة عنه، شريطة توافر الشروط الفقهية اللازمة.
إمكانية متابعة الإمام من أسطح المسجد وأدواره العليا، مع اختلاف الأحكام بناءً على رؤية الإمام أو الصفوف.
جواز متابعة الإمام في قبو المسجد، مع مراعاة الشروط الضرورية لصحة الصلاة.
تنوع الأحكام المتعلقة بمتابعة الإمام في الساحات الخارجية، الطرقات، الدكاكين والمباني المجاورة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة اتصال الصفوف وسماع التكبير.
This research focuses on the rules of following the imam, which are of great importance in Islamic jurisprudence as they are concerned with organizing the correct and orderly performance of congregational prayers. The current research aims to:

Understand and clarify the jurisprudential rules related to following the imam in various scenarios such as mosque expansions, roofs, and basements.
Analyze the jurisprudential rules related to following the imam in the external courtyards of the mosque, surrounding streets, shops, and adjacent buildings.
Provide practical jurisprudential solutions for worshippers to ensure the validity of prayer in different circumstances.

The current research has reached the following conclusions:

The validity of following the imam in mosque expansions that are separate from the main mosque, provided the necessary jurisprudential conditions are met.
The possibility of following the imam from the roofs and upper floors of the mosque, with different rules based on whether the imam or the rows of worshippers are visible.
The permissibility of following the imam in the basements of the mosque, taking into account the necessary conditions for the validity of the prayer.
The diversity of rules related to following the imam in external courtyards, streets, shops, and adjacent buildings, with an emphasis on the necessity of connected rows and hearing the Takbir (call to prayer).
