المحافظة على البيئة في ضوء السنة النبوية " الطريق أنموذجا "

يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن دور السنة النبوية في المحافظة على البيئة حيث إن المحافظة على البيئة من أهم القضايا التي اهتمت بها السنة النبوية إذ أصبحت حماية البيئة من أكبر المشكلات الراهنة ، وتناول البحث الحالي مدى اهتمام الدين الإسلامي بالمحافظة على البيئة في ضوء السنة " الطريق أنموذجاً، وتجلى ذلك في العديد من النصوص القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة ، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلت الباحثة إلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات التالية وهي الدعوة إلى عدم الإسراف والتبذير في استخدام الموارد البيئية لأن ذلك من ضروب الفساد في الأرض، والتشجيع على تنمية البيئة بالغرس والزرع والحفاظ على الثروة النباتية والشجرية المثمرة وغير المثمرة، وأن حقوق الطريق هي مجموعة من القواعد والمطالب والآداب التشريعية التي جاءت بها السنة النبوية لتنظيم علاقات الناس بالطريق ومرافقه، وسالكيه، على جهة الإلزام أو الاستحباب، ووضعت السنة النبوية مبدأ عاما يكفل صيانة الطرق والمحافظة عليها، ورعاية حقوقها وهذا المبدأ هو كف الأذى الذي وردت به أحاديث كثيرة، تارة آمرة به، وأخرى استحقاق المخالف للعنة، وتشجيع حملات التوعية للحفاظ على البيئة وعدم الإضرار بالطبيعة .
