يهدف البحث إلي استنباط الأحكام الشرعية المـتعلقة بمصافة المـرأة زوجها في المـساكن المـطلة على الحرم المـكي ، ودراسة النصوص الشرعية المـتعلقة بالآداب في الأماكن المـقدسة ، وتحليل آراء الفقهاء حول مسألة اصطفاف الزوجين، مع استعراض الخلاف الفقهي إن وجد ، ولقد استخدم الباحث كل من المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والمقارن في عرض موضوع البحث الذي عرف فيه الباحث بمصافة المرأة زوجها في ساحات الحرم المكي ، وأصل لذلك من النصوص الشرعية وأقوال العلماء ، وتناول أيضا مصافة المرأة زوجها بالصلاة في المساكن المطلة علي الحرم المكي ، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث:

المـقصود بمصافة المـرأة: اصطفاف المـرأة بجانب الرجل في الصف .
المـقصود بساحات الحرم: الباحات التي تكون بين المـسجد والمـساكن التي حول الحرم .
الراجح في مشروعية صلاة المـرأة في الجماعة هو قول الجمهور، القائلين بجواز خروج المـرأة إلى المـساجد لصلاة الجماعة .

The research aims to derive the Sharia rulings related to a woman standing next to her husband in the residences overlooking the Sacred Mosque in Mecca, study the Sharia texts related to etiquette in sacred places, and analyze the opinions of jurists on the issue of a couple standing together in prayer, while reviewing any existing jurisprudential differences. The researcher used inductive, analytical, and comparative methodologies to present the research topic, in which he addressed the woman's position next to her husband in the courtyards of the Sacred Mosque, based on Sharia texts and scholars' opinions. He also discussed the woman's position next to her husband in prayer within residences overlooking the Sacred Mosque. Among the key findings of the research:
The meaning of "a woman's alignment" is the woman standing beside the man in the same row.
-The meaning of "courtyards of the Sacred Mosque" refers to the open areas between the mosque and the surrounding residences.
-The prevailing view regarding the legitimacy of a woman praying in congregation is the opinion of the majority, who permit women to go to mosques for congregational prayer.
