وسائل الحماية من التطرف الفكري وعلاقتها بالمقاصد الشرعية

ملخص البحث:
يتحدث هذا البحث عن مكانة حفظ العقل فكرياً في الشريعة الإسلامية، وذلك من خلال الوسائل الشرعية المحققة لحفظ العقل من التطرف الفكري، وعن المقاصد الشرعية المؤثرة في حفظ العقل وسلامته من التطرف الفكري، وأثره في تحقيقها سواء أكانت مقاصد ضرورية، أم حاجية، أم تحسينية، وهذا معنى عنوانه:( وسائل الحماية من التطرف الفكري وعلاقتها بالمقاصد الشرعية)؛ أي: أن الحماية الفكرية للعقل دائرة بين وسائل تتحقق بها ومقاصد تحققها. 
ويتعلق هذا البحث بمسألة مهمة، وهي مسألة حفظ العقل وحمايته من التطرف الفكري، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أهمية حفظ العقل في الشريعة الإسلامية، وأن الشارع قد عدَّ حفظ العقل معنويا وحسياً أحد الضروريات الخمس في الشريعة الإسلامية التي لا يقوم الدين ولا تستقيم الحياة إلا بها، وأصبح حفظ العقل فكرياً أهم ما يبحث في هذا العصر الذي اختلطت فيه الأفكار وتشعبت، وظهرت على الساحة أفكار كثيرة تخالف المنهج الصحيح في الدين، وظهر أدعياء العلم، وأصحاب الأفكار المتطرفة الذين يروجون لأفكارهم.
فهذا البحث يلقى الضوء على الوسائل والمقاصد الشرعية المتعلقة بحفظ العقل، وأثر المحافظة على العقل فكرياً في تحقيق مصالح المكلفين ومقاصد الشارع الحكيم.
ويتعرض البحث لبيان الوسائل المؤثرة في حماية العقل من التطرف الفكري، وكذلك صور من التطرف الفكري وسبل مواجهته.
وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في بيان علاقة الحماية الفكرية للعقل بمقاصد الشارع، وأثر الوسائل في حمايته وحفظه، وتحليل ذلك تحليلاً شرعياً مقاصدياً.
 وتوصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج لعل من أهمها: أن الوسائل في الشريعة مرتبطة ارتباطاً وثيقاً بمقاصد الشارع، وأنه ما من حكم شرعي إلا وهو محقق لمقصد أو لعدد من المقاصد الشرعية، وأن حماية العقل من التطرف لها أثرها البين في المحافظة على مقاصد الشارع، كما أن لها أثرها الواضح في حماية المجتمع كله من عواقب التطرف وتوابعه. والله أعلم
