مواضع اختلاف الوقف والابتداء باختلاف قراءات القراء

إن العلوم إنما تشرف بموضوعها، وتتفاضل بنوعها، فإن علوم القرآن الکريم هي أشرف العلوم، وأحقها بالتأليف، وأولاها بالتعلم والتعليم، لأنها حول القرآن تدور، وعلى حياضه تحوم، وفي نوره تسير .
أهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره :
من العلوم المتعلقة بکتاب الله تعالى وقراءاته علم الوقف والابتداء، إذ به يتحقق فهم کلام الله  تعالى ، حيث لا يدرک معناه إلا بذلک.
فبين القراءات القرآنية والوقف والابتداء الصلة الکبـيرة ، إذ باختـلاف القراءات قد يتـغير حـکم
 الوقف والابتداء؛ لأن الوقفَ والابتداءَ تابعٌ للمعنى حسب القراءةِ المتلوَﱠة .
 ومما قوى عزمي للاتجاه نحو هذا الموضوع الأسباب التالية :
1ــ رغبتي في خدمة کتاب الله تعالى وعلومه .
2ــ جمع ما يتعلق بهذا الموضوع في مکان واحد ، ليخرج بحثا مستقلاً يسهل الرجوع إليه .
3ــ ما تشهده الأمة الإسلامية اليوم من فتح جامعات وکليات ومراکز ومؤسسات لتعليم کتاب الله تعالى ، فالجدير بنا أن نساهم في دعم هذا المشروع  تعليمًا وتأليفا.

Science is the subject of the sciences, but it is distinguished by its type. The sciences of the Holy Quran are the most honorable sciences, and they are the right to write, and the first is to teach and teach, because it revolves around the Qur'an.
The importance of research and the reasons for its selection:
From the sciences related to the Book of Allaah and its readings, the knowledge of the Waqf and the beginning, it is achieved by understanding the words of God, where he does not realize the meaning only so.

 Azmi's determination to move towards this subject has the following reasons:

3- What the Islamic nation is witnessing today from the opening of universities, colleges, centers and institutions to teach the book of God Almighty, we should contribute to support this project education and healing.
