غريب الحديث مبادئ وقواعد

تضمن هذا البحث تعريف غريب الحديث لغة واصطلاحًا، مع بيان إطلاقات مصطلح غريب عند المحدثين، وأن الغرابة التي عناها أصحاب الغريب  ليست هي الغرابة المنافية للفصاحة عند البلاغيين، وأن للغرابة أسبابًا منها ما يرجع إلى النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، کعلو فصاحته، ومخاطبته کل قوم بلغتهم، ومنها ما يرجع إلى السامع، کقلة علمه بلسان القوم، کما أن لها مظاهر متعددة، لهذا وغيره کان معرفة هذا الفن من الأهمية بمکان حتى نص العز بن عبدالسلام على وجوب تعلمه، لنه وسيلة إلى فهم المراد من کلام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والوقوف على الأحکام، وقد بدأ الکلام في بيان الغريب في حياة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم )، وتوسع في البيان من جاء بعده، ولم يفرد بالتصنيف إلا في أواخر القرن الثاني على اختلاف في أول من ألف فيه، وقد تعددت المصنفات في هذا الفن، ولکل مؤلف منهج اتبعه وطريقة سلکها .
وقد نص العلماء على أمور هي بمثابة الضوابط ينبغي مراعاتها عند بيان غريب الحديث، کوجوب التحري وترک الخوض فيه بالظن، وتفسير اللفظ بما هو أوضح منه، ومعرفة أفضل ما يفسر به الغريب، وقد اشتمل البحث على بيان أکثر کتب الغريب في المعاجم اللغوية، وأن الأئمة لم تقف جهودهم عند بيان الغريب بل تعدت ذلک إلى معالجة بعض القضايا الفقهية، والتوفيق بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض .
