مقاصد حماية الوطَن دراسة تأصيلية في ضوء القرآن الکريم والسَّنُّةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على الرسول الکريم، محمد-صلى الله عليه وسلم- المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وقائد الأمة للنور والهداية، ومرشد الأنام لما فيه الخير والصلاح، أما بعد.
فإن حب الوطن غريزة في الإنسان يستريح إلى البقاء فيه، ونحن اليوم نعيش في عالم يموج بالصراعات والنزاعات المسلحة والکوارث الطبيعية، لذلک يعد نعمة أن يکون للإنسان وطن يستقر فيه، ويعتز بالانتساب إليه من أعظم النعم، ولا يمکن أن تحفظ مقاصد الشريعة إلا بحفظ الوطن، ومن الابتلاء أن يفقد الإنسان وطنه، ويصبح مشردًا، ولذلک تبرز أهمية بيان مقاصد حماية الوطن وتأصيلها من القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار مدى اعتناء القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية بغرس أهمية حماية الوطن، وبيان مقاصد حماية الوطن وتأصيلها من القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية، وتوضيح مقاصد صياغة شخصية الإنسان الفاعل في حماية الوطن، وکذلک غرس الفهم العميق في نفوس المسلمين بضرورة حماية الوطن من المخاطر، وقد اعتمدت على کل من المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي في تناول هذا الموضوع.
وجاء البحث في مبحثين، وخاتمة، المبحث الأول: مفهوم الوطن وتأصيله من القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية، ثم عرضت في المبحث الثاني مقاصد حماية الوطن في ضوء القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية من جانبين: من جانب الوجود من خلال تأسيس وطن قوي قادر على التصدي لأي اعتداء، ومن جانب العدم من خلال تحقيق مقاصد عامة متمثلة في حفظ الأمن والدين والنفس والنسل والمال والعقل، أمَّا الخاتمة فضمنتها أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، والتوصيات المقترحة.

Therefore, it is important to state the purposes of protecting the homeland and rooting it out of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
The purpose of this research is to show the extent to which the Holy Quran and the Sunnah are used to inculcate the importance of protecting the homeland and to clarify the purposes of protecting the homeland and rooting it out of the Holy Quran and Sunnah. It has relied on both the inductive and deductive approach to this subject.
