المسائل الأصولية في كتاب الطهارة من كتاب (تحصين المآخذ) للغزالي جمعاً ودراسة

يتناول البحث المسائل الأصولية في كتاب الطهارة من كتاب "تحصين المآخذ" للإمام أبي حامد الغزالي -رحمه الله تعالى- ، جمعاً ودراسة، وقد اشتمل البحث على تمهيد ، وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة، وفهارس. فالتمهيد تناولت فيه جانبان : الجانب الأول في ترجمة الإمام الغزالي، من خلال بيان مولده ونسبه، ونشأته، وطلبه للعلم، وأهم مؤلفاته، ووفاته. والثاني في التعريف بكتاب "تحصين المآخذ"، والمبحث الأول في المسائل المتعلقة بالحكم الشرعي وتحته خمسة مطالب، والثاني في المسائل المتعلقة بأدلة الأحكام، وتحته أربعة مطالب، والثالث في المسائل المتعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ وتحته مطلبان، والرابع في المسائل المتعلقة بطرق دفع التعارض، وتحته مطلبان، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج، ثم الفهارس.
The research deals with the fundamental issues in the Book of Purity from the book “Tahseen Al-maaked” by Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, collected and studied. The research included a preface, four sections, a conclusion, and indexes. The introduction dealt with two aspects: the first in the translation of Imam Al-Ghazali, by explaining his birth and lineage, his upbringing, his quest for knowledge, and his most important works. The second is in introducing his book “Tahseen Al-Maaked”, and the first topic is in issues related to the legal ruling, and under it is five demands, and the second is in issues related to the evidence of rulings, and under it is four demands, and the third is in issues related to the semantics of words, and under it is two demands, and the fourth is in issues related to methods of resolving conflict, and under it is two demands. Then the conclusion, which contains the most important results, then the indexes.
