الملخص:
لاشك أن القرآن الكريم احتوي كل العلوم وبينها بكل فصاحة وبلاغة ، وقد حرصت آيات القرآن الكريم علي بيان جوهر العقيدة الإلهية السليمة ؛ فلا سعادة حقيقية للفرد ولا للمجتمع إلا باتباع العقيدة الصحيحة التي ارتضاها الله لعباده، والعقيدة فطرة في النفس البشرية وحاجة الإنسان لها أهم وأعظم من كل احتياجاته الأخرى فيصل عن طريقها  إلي سعادته الأبدية في دنياه وآخرته، ومن الوسائل التي اتبعها القرآن في ترسيخ العقيدة السليمة إرشاد العقل البشري إلي كماله تعالي عن طريق النظر والتأمل في صفاته الواردة في القرآن وأفعاله الدالة علي قدرته ومنها ما وقع في خلقه بمشيئته وإرادته وهنا تأتي أهمية البحث وسبب اختياره لمناقشة ما وقع من خلاف حول معني المشيئة الصحيح من إطلاق أو تقييد يمكن أن ينتج عنه تأثيرٌ إيجابيٌ في نفوس المسلمين وعقيدتهم.

Abstract :
There is no doubt that the Holy Qur’an contains all the sciences and explains them with all eloquence and eloquence. The verses of the Holy Qur’an were keen to clarify the essence of the sound divine belief. There is no true happiness for the individual or for society except by following the correct belief that God has approved for His servants. The belief is an innate nature in the human soul, and a person’s need for it is more important and greater than all his other needs, and through it he achieves eternal happiness in this world and the afterlife. Among the means that the Qur’an followed in establishing the correct belief is the guidance of the mind. The human being reaches his perfection, God Almighty, through consideration and contemplation of his attributes mentioned in the Qur’an and his actions that indicate his power, including what occurred in his creation by his will and will. Here comes the importance of the research and the reason for choosing it to discuss the disagreement that occurred about the correct meaning of will, whether absolute or restrictive, which can result in a positive impact on Muslim souls and beliefs.
