من أحكام أهل الكتاب في سورة الحشر « دراسـة تحليلية »

تناولت الأحكام التي تخص أهل الكتاب في هذه سورة الحشر ، لإظهار حقيقة أمرهم، والكشف عن خبث نيتهم، وسوء طويتهم مع رسول الله r وأصحابه y وبيان مواقفهم المخزية، وكشف بواطنهم الكاذبة أمام المسلمين.  فهذا كتاب الله عزوجل المحفوظ، الذي يقول الله عزوجل فيه: ) لَا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ  ( ويقول سبحانه: ) بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ ( يكشف عن حقيقة ما في قلوبهم وما انطوت عليه نفوسهم. ولكي تتجلى هذه الحقيقة الماثلة أمام جميع الناس أن القرآن الكريم هو: المعجزة الخالدة، وهو كتاب الله الخاتم، فيه نبأ ما قبلكم، وخبر ما بعدكم، وحكم ما بينكم ، من دعا إليه هدى إلى صراط مستقيم .  وصدق الله تعالى القائل: )إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ( وجاء هذا البحث بعنوان: (من أحكام أهل الكتاب في سورة الحشر) دراسة تحليلية. وترجع أهمية الموضوع إلى عدة أسباب منها : الحاجة الماسة للرجوع إلى القرآن الكريم في معالجة قضايا الأمة المعاصرة التي تمربها. والتوكل على الله تعالى في مواجهة الأعداء مع الأخذ بالأسباب، فالحصون والدروع، وآلات الحرب لا تقوى على الوقوف أمام قدرة الله عزوجل. والكشف عن سوء سريرة أهل الكتاب وبيان جرأتهم في الكيد والمكر لأهل الإسلام. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت سورة الحشر من السورة المدنية الخالصة؛ لأن الأحداث التي تنـاولتـها كانت بـعد هجرة النبي r  ووقوع التعامل والاحتكاك بين المسلمين وبين أهل الكتاب بعد هجرة النبي r . وإطلاق لفظ أهل الكتاب في هذه السورة يراد به طائفة من طوائف اليهود وهم (بنو النضير). وقضاء الله تعالى بجلاء يهود بني النضير من المدينة وخيبر رحمة بهم، ولولا ذلك لعذبهم الله في الدنيا بالقتل والسّبي، كما فعل ببني قريظة. وطاعة الرسول r  واجبة، وأنها من طاعة الله عز وجل. وأوصي توجيه طلاب العلم والدراسات العليا خاصة لدراسة آيات الأحكام دراسة موضوعية. وتوجيه الباحثين للدراسة المقارنة بين المؤلفات المتنوعة في مجال التفسير الفقهي.
I dealt with the rulings that pertain to the People of the Book in this Surat Al-Hashr, to show the truth of their matter, and to reveal their malicious intentions, and their bad faith with the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, and his companions, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to explain their shameful stances, and to reveal their false intuitions in front of Muslims. their souls. In order for this truth before all people to become clear, that the Noble Qur’an is: the eternal miracle, and it is the final book of God, in which there is news of what came before you, news of what comes after you, and the judgment of what is between you, whoever calls to it guides to a straight path. And the truth of God the Most High said: Indeed, We have revealed the Remembrance, and indeed we will preserve it. The importance of the topic is due to several reasons, including: The urgent need to refer to the Holy Quran in addressing the issues of the contemporary nation that it is experiencing. And relying on God Almighty in confronting the enemies while taking into account the reasons, as fortresses, shields, and war machines are not strong enough to stand before the power of God Almighty. And the disclosure of the bad secret of the People of the Book and the statement of their audacity in plotting and deceiving the people of Islam. Among the most important results reached by Surat Al-Hashr from the pure Al-Madani Surah; Because the events I dealt with were after the migration of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the occurrence of interaction and friction between Muslims and the People of the Book after the migration of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And the use of the term “people of the book” in this Surah refers to a group of the Jews, namely (Bani An-Nadir). And God Almighty decreed the expulsion of the Jews of Banu Nadir from Medina and Khaybar as a mercy for them, and had it not been for that, God would have punished them in this world with killing and captivity, as He did with Banu Qurayza. Obedience to the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is obligatory, and it is part of obedience to God Almighty. I recommend directing students of science and postgraduate studies in particular to study the verses of rulings objectively. And directing researchers to study the comparative study between the various literature in the field of jurisprudential interpretation.
