التطبيق الأصولي عند الشيخ عبدالرحمن السعدي "مفهوم المخالفة نموذجًا"

الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي عالم أصولي له جهودٌ في بيان فهم مراد الله ورسوله؛ بإعمال القواعد الأصولية وتطبيقها، وإبرازُ ذلك يعطي ملكة أصولية في استبانة مراد الله ورسوله من النصوص، و مصطلح التطبيق مصطلح شائع بين أكثر العلوم؛ إذ هو الثمرة للدراسات النظرية المؤصلة، و عندما نقيده بعلم أصول الفقه فهو  ثمرة علم أصول الفقه في انتاج الحكم الشرعي فهو إعمال القواعد الأصولية في النص الشرعي، وبيان أثرها وسيوضح البحث استعمالاتِ السعدي للمباحث الأصولية في استنباط الأحكام من ألفاظ الوحي لا سيما مباحث مفهوم المخالفة، و تدور المشكلة حول استعمالات الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي المنهجية لمباحث المفهوم في استنباط الحكم الشرعي و لهذا يهدف البحث إلى تحديد منهجية الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي في استثمار مباحث مفهوم المخالفة في إنتاج الحكم الشرعي. وقد سرتُ في هذا البحث وفق منهج الجمع والتحليل وذلك بجمع وتحليل كلام السعدي في تطبيق مفهوم المخالفة على النصوص الشرعية.
Sheikh abd al-rahman bin nasser al-saadi, a fundamentalist scholar who has exerted efforts in explaining the understanding of god and his messenger; by implementing and applying fundamentalist rules, and highlighting this gives a fundamentalist faculty in clarifying what god and his messenger wanted from the texts, and the term application is a common term among most sciences; as it is the fruit of the fundamental theoretical studies, and when we restrict it to the science of the principles of jurisprudence, it is the fruit of the science of the principles of jurisprudence in the production of the legal ruling, as it is the implementation of the fundamental rules in the legal text, and the statement of their impact. The problem revolves around sheikh abd al-rahman al-saadi's methodological uses of the concept of the concept in deriving the legal ruling. For this reason, the research aims to determine the methodology of sheikh abd al-rahman al-saadi in investing the topics of the concept of discord in the production of the legal ruling. I have proceeded in this research according to the collection and analysis methodology by collecting and analyzing the words of al-saadi in applying the concept of opposition to the legal texts.
