الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى الکشف عن حاجة الدعاة إلى إلى تقدير ذاتهم، والنظر إليها نظرة إيجابية؛ لأنهم في جهاد، ومرابطة، وهما يحتاجان إلى سلاح الثقة بالنفس وتقدير الذات؛ فالدعوة إلي الله تعالي رسالة سامية، ومهمة نفيسة، وکنز مکنون، تحتاج إلي رجال يقومون بها حق القيام، ويتقون الله ولا يخافون في الله لومة لائم؛ ولا يتم ذلک إلا بدعاة يقدّرون ذاتهم، ويثقون فى أنفسهم، ولا يشعرون بأنهم کمّ مهمل لا قيمة لهم ، ويأتي هذا البحث لي إلي تعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وتقديرهم لذاتهم بيّن أهمية تمتع الدعاة بتقدير الذات، وحاجتهم الملحّة إليه، ويبين الطرق التى من خلالها يصلون إلى تعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وتقديرهم لذاتهم، ويوضح لهم المقاييس التى من خلالها يمکنهم التعرف على أنفسهم هل تتمتع بتقدير إيجابى
أم سلبى، وما سبل تقويم ذلک، ثم يأتي البحث ليبين أهم الضوابط والآداب التى يجب أن يتحلى بها الداعية لضبط تقديره لذاته، وخلوّه من الآفات والمهلکات التى حذر منها الشرع الحنيف.
 
The Preacher’s Need for Self-esteem, "Importance, Scale, Control and Etiquette"

Abstract:
The research aims to reveal the need for preachers to self-esteem and to view it in a positive light. They are stationed in jihad, and they need a weapon of self-confidence and self-esteem as the call to God Almighty is a sublime message, a precious mission, and a hidden treasure. It needs men who do it in the right way where they fear God and do not fear, for God, the blame of the blamer. This can only be done by preachers who value and trust themselves; and do not feel that they are neglected and worthless. For me, this research comes to enhance the preacher's self-confidence and self-esteem. It also shows the importance of self-esteem for the preachers, and their urgent need for it, and shows the ways through which they reach to enhance their self-confidence and self-esteem. The research clarifies for the preachers the standards through which they can identify themselves whether they have a positive appreciation or negative, and what are the ways to evaluate that. Finally, the research comes to show the most important controls and etiquette that the preacher must possess to control his self-esteem and to be free from pests and destructive things that the Holy Sharia warned against.
