تحرير المرخَّص لضرورة من الوقوف في ضوء کلام القرَّاء.

الملخص :
هذا البحثُ يُسَلِّطُ الضوءَ على دراسةِ مسألةٍ مهمّةٍ من مسائل علم الوقف والابتداء؛ وهي وقف المرخّص لضرورة، والذي يُعتبر من المسائل التي يُستحسن تسليط الضوء عليها، لکونه من الوقوف التي قد تعرض للقارئ لکتاب الله أثناء تلاوته، وکذلک في حالة جمع القراءات، وهو يُعد من وقوف الإمام السجاوندي –رحمه الله- المعتمدة عند أغلب المصاحف المطبوعة في المشرق ومعمولٌ بها، فقد استفاد منه مطبعة مجمع الملک فهد أيضاً وإن کان خالفه في بعض مواطن الوقف أو في الزيادة عليه في المصطلحات التي هي في الحقيقة نابعة منه، ومن أهم ما خلص إليه البحث أنَّ: وقف المرخص لضرورة لا يقع عليه المنع من حيث الإخلال بالمعنى، وأنه من الوقوف المعتمدة والمعمول بها عند کثير من العلماء، وکذلک معتمد في بعض مصاحف أهل المشرق. وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدّمةٍ، وتمهيدٍ فيه تعريفٌ مختصرٌ بعلم الوقف والابتداء، ونشأته، والمؤلفات فيه، وتحته ثلاثة مطالب، ويليه خمسة مباحث ذکرت فيها اختلاف العلماء في أنواع الوقف والابتداء، وتعريف المرخص لضرورة وأقوال العلماء فيه، ونماذج عليه، وبعض الملاحظات والتنبيهات في تطبيقه، وخاتمة بأهم التوصيات، وفهرست المصادر والمراجع. وقد جعلته بعنوان (تحرير المرخَّص لضرورة من الوقوف في ضوء کلام القرَّاء.)  سائلةً المولى أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصاً لوجهه، نافعاً لي ولعباده والحمد لله أولاً وآخراً والصلاة والسلام على خيره البريه محمد صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليما کثيرا.

Abstract:
This research sheds light on the study of an important issue of the science of endowment and beginnings; it is the endowment of the licensee for necessity, which is considered one of the issues that it is advisable to highlight, because it is from the standing that the reader may be exposed to the book of god during his recitation, as well as in the case of collecting the readings, and it is considered from the standing of imam al-sajawandi - may god have mercy on him - approved by most of the qur’an printed in the east it is applicable, and the king fahd complex press has also benefited from it, even if it violated it in some aspects of the endowment or in increasing it in terms that in fact stem from it, and one of the most important findings of the research is that: and that it is from the endowment that is approved and applied by many scholars, and it is also approved in some of the qur’anic books of the people of the east. The research has been divided into an introduction, and a preface in which a brief definition of the science of endowment and initiation, its origin, and the literature in it, and under it are three demands, followed by five sections in which the differences of scholars are mentioned in the types of endowment and initiation, and the definition of the licensee for the necessity and sayings of scholars in it, and examples of it, and some notes and warnings in its application. And a conclusion with the most important recommendations, and a list of sources and references. And i made it titled (editing the licensee for the necessity of standing in the light of the readers’ words.) I asked the lord to make this work purely for his sake, beneficial for me and his servants, and praise be to god first and last, and prayers and peace be upon the good and pure muhammed, may god’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family and companions, and may the peace and blessings of god be upon him greatly.
