الملخص:
 لمَّا کانت لغة العصر هي العلوم والمعارف والمخترعات، کانت الحاجة ماسة للتفسير العلمي ومزيد الاعتناء به، وإذا کان المفسرون أولوا عناية تتفاوت قلة وکثرة بهذا النوع من التفسير کوجه من أوجه إعجاز القرآن الکريم في العصر الحديث، فإن الطاهر بن عاشور –رحمه الله- هو أهم المساهمين فيه، فله إسهامات تستقل بمؤلفات، ويتميز التفسير العلمي عند الطاهر –في الأعم الأغلب- بالالتزام بالضوابط العلمية التي توافق عليها العلماء حتى يکون التفسير العلمي مقبولاً وصحيحًا، وأهمها اللغة، وموافقة الحقائق العلمية، والابتعاد عن النظريات التي تخضع للتغيرات. وتهدف الدراسة إلى: التعريف بالتفسير العلمي کنوع من أنواع التفسير المعاصر عند الطاهر، وتفصيل عنايته به کمقصد من مقاصد التفسير وغاياته، وما تميز به من ملکات وأدوات في هذا الفن جعلته قائمًا على موسوعة لغوية، وانفرادات تميز بها، مع إظهار مدى التوافق والاختلاف بينه وبين جمهور المفسرين. وکان من نتائج الدراسة: الکشف عن موسوعة علمية کبيرة بين طيات تفسير «التحرير والتنوير»، لا تجدها مستوفاة ومجمعة بهذا التفصيل والإتقان إلا عند الطاهر، وأجمل وأدق ما فيها أنها قائمة على ضوابط اللغة وأصول التفسير في الأعم الأغلب. مع ما أفاد الباحث من التعرف –وصفيًا وتحليليًا وتطبيقيًا- على ضوابط التفسير العلمي، ومتى يقبل، ومتى يرفض، وأنه إذا تحققت ضوابطه فإنه من معالم التجديد في العصر الحديث، مع ما فيه من لون إعجازي يستحق التأمل والبحث والدراسة.

Abstract :
Since the language of the age is science, knowledge and invention, there was an urgent need for scientific explanation and more attention to it.And if the interpreters paid attention to this type of interpretation as a facet of the miracle of the Noble Qur’an in the modern era, varying from a few and a great deal. Al-Taher Bin Ashour - may God have mercy on him - is the most important contributor to it.He has independent contributions and books.The scientific interpretation of Al-Taher is characterized - in general and for the most part - by adhering to the scientific controls that scientists agree to so that the scientific explanation is acceptable and correct, the most important of which is the language, the agreement of scientific facts, and distancing from theories that are subject to changes. The study aims to: Introducing scientific interpretation as a type of contemporary interpretation by Al-Taher and the detail of his attention as one of the purposes and aims of interpretation. And what distinguished him from the faculties and tools in this art made him based on a linguistic encyclopedia and singularities that distinguished him while showing the extent of compatibility and difference between him and the majority of interpreters. The results of the study: Uncovering a large scientific encyclopedia between the folds of interpretation of liberation and enlightenment that you do not find complete and collected in this detail and perfection,  except Al-Taher. The most beautiful and accurate thing is that it is based on the controls of language and the principles of interpretation  generally. The researcher reported learning - descriptive, analytical and applied - on the controls of scientific interpretation, when it is accepted and when it is rejected .If the controls are achieved, the will be the features of renewal in the modern era, with its miraculous color that deserves contemplation, research and study.
