واقع المشارکة السياسية للمرأة العربية ( مصر أنموذجا )

الملخص :
لا شک أن المشارکة السياسية لها أثر عظيم على الأفراد وعلى السياسة العامة للدولة ؛ وعلى مستوى الفرد حيث تنمي الشعور بالکرامة والقيمة والأهمية ، والواقع أن المشارکة السياسية ليست من قبيل الديکور ولا يکتفي أن يقال بشأنها أن نوابا رجالا کانوا يطرحون من القضايا ومشروعات القوانين ما يحقق مصالح النساء .ذلک لأن مشارکة المرأة السياسية ترتبط ارتباطا مباشرا بوضعها في هذا المجتمع والدرجة التي بلغها تطوره ، کما تعتبر مؤشرا على مدى التطور الديمقراطي في البلاد. وأن مشارکة المرأة سياسيا تعد سبيلا للارتقاء بظروفها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، کما تمثل نتاجا لما حققته المرأة في کافة الجوانب المجتمعية.  ولقد شارکت المرأة المصرية منذ مطلع التاريخ مع الرجل في جميع مراحل الحياة وفي شت Prof-mofedaى المجالات، وساعدت في خلق المجتمع المصري. وعلى الرغم من أهمية الدور السياسي للمرأة العربية عامة والمصرية خاصة إلا أنه يأتي في وضع لا يتناسب مع مکانتها المجتمعية. ويجب أن تسعى المرأة إلى توجيه قدرتها  نحو ما  يحقق لها مصالحها المتمثلة في عدم انتهاک آدميتها وتوفر لها تعليم أفضل  وخدمات صحية أجود ومساهمة عادلة في النشاط الاقتصادي .وأن تعي دورها السياسي والذي لا يتعارض مع الدين بأي حال من الأحوال فمنذ صدر الإسلام حملت السيف وداوت الجروح وأجارت المستجير وبايعت وعارضت. فالمرأة المصرية تستحق أکثر من ذلک بکثير وتستحق أن تکرم بدل أن تهمش ويأتي عليها الوقت التي نبحث لها في عن دور في الحياة السياسية الجديدة ... فوجود المرأة المصرية في الحياة السياسية يصب في مصلحة الوطن و سيکون إضافة لمصر کلها.
Abstract :
There is no doubt that political participation has a great impact on individuals and the general policy of the state. At the level of the individual, where a sense of dignity, value and importance is developed. In fact, political participation is not like decoration, and it is not sufficient to say about it that men’s representatives used to raise issues and draft laws that would achieve the interests of women. This is because women’s political participation is directly related to their status in this society and their rank. It has reached its development, and is also an indication of the extent of democratic development in the country. And that women's political participation is a way to improve their economic and social conditions, as well as a product of what women have achieved in all aspects of society. Since the beginning of history, Egyptian women have participated with men in all stages of life and in various fields, and helped create the Egyptian society. Despite the importance of the political role of Arab women in general and Egyptian women in particular, it comes in a situation that is not commensurate with her societal position. The woman must seek to direct her ability towards achieving her interests represented in not violating her humanity, providing her with better education, better health services, and a fair contribution to economic activity. And rented the tenant and pledged allegiance and opposed. The Egyptian woman deserves much more than that and deserves to be honored instead of being marginalized and the time comes when we are looking for her to find a role in the new political life... The presence of the Egyptian woman in the political life is in the interest of the country and will be an addition to all of Egypt.
