أثر الاختلاف في دلالة حروف المعاني عند الأصوليين، دراسة تطبيقية على آية الطهارة

الملخص:
اقتصرت في هذا البحث على حروف العطف والجر التي ورد ذکرها في آية الطهارة، وتتعلق بها أحکام شرعية، وجعلت ذلک في فصلين: الأول: في حروف العطف: الواو، والفاء، وأو، والثاني: في حروف الجر: الباء، وإلى، ومن، وهي الحروف التي ورد ذکرها في الآية الکريمة. فالواو: أصل حروف العطف، وتوجب الاشتراک بين المعطوف والمعطوف عليه، من غير مقارنة أو ترتيب على الراجح لدى جمهور الفقهاء والأصوليين، وهو المنقول عن أئمة اللغة، ونقلهم حجة في اللغويات. والفاء: تفيد التعقيب والترتيب والتسبب، والأصل في "أو" أنها تکون لأحد الشيئين المذکورين على الإبهام، بخلاف "الواو" فإن معناها الجمع بين الشيئين. و"الباء": تفيد الإلصاق باعتبار أصل الوضع، ولم يذکر سيبويه لها معنى غيره، و "مِنْ" نقيضةُ "إلى" باعتبار الأصل؛ لأن "مِنْ" لابتداء الغاية، و"إلى" لانتهائها، واستعمالهما في غيرها من المعاني مجاز. وقد بيَّنت أقوال الأصوليين في دلالة هذه الحروف وما يترتب على اختلافهم فيها من أحکام فقهية، مقتصرًا على ما يتعلق بالآية الکريمة. ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات وقائمة بأهم المصادر والمراجع.

In this research, I confined myself to the letters of sympathy and preposition mentioned in the verse of purity, and related to them legal rulings, and made this in two chapters: the first: in the letters of sympathy: waw, fa, and ou, and the second: in the prepositions: ba, to, and from, which are The letters mentioned in the verse. Valwaw: The origin of the letters of kindness, and it is necessary to share between the sympathetic and the sympathetic, without comparison or arrangement on the most correct according to the majority of jurists and fundamentalists, and it is transmitted from the imams of the language, and their transmission is an argument in linguistics. Wafa: It indicates the comment, arrangement, and cause, and the original in “or” is that it is one of the two things mentioned on the thumb, unlike “waw” because its meaning is the combination of the two things. From 'opposite' to 'in terms of origin'; Because “from” to begin with the end, and “to” to end, and their use in other meanings is a metaphor. The statements of the fundamentalists have clarified the significance of these letters and the jurisprudential rulings arising from their differences in them, limited to what is related to the noble verse. Then I concluded the research with the most important results and recommendations And a list of the most important sources and references.
