القيم الإنسانية والحضارية في وثيقة مکة دراسة استقرائية وصفية

الملخص:
من أهداف البحث بيان ماهية القيم الإنسانية والحضارية، والتعريف بوثيقة مکة، وإبراز القيم الإنسانية والحضارية التي تضمنتها وثيقة مکة، وأثرها في تحقيق التعايش والسلام بين الشعوب، وتعزيزها على المستوى المحلي والدولي والعالمي. منهج البحث: اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث اتباع منهجين بحثيين، هما: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الوصفي. أهم نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن وثيقة مکة المکرمة کتبت على هدي وثيقة المدينة المنورة متناولةً قضايا العصر الحاضر الملحة بأفق الإسلام الشامل لجميع جوانب الحياة. وقد أوضحت وثيقة مکة بأنها وثيقة دستورية ذات طابع إنساني تهدف إلى إرساء القيم الإنسانية، وتضمنت قيمة التعاون لما فيه مصلحة الجميع، وتحقيق الخير للإنسانية، کما تبيَّن أن وثيقة مکة دعت إلى إقامة شراکة حضارية إيجابية بين الشعوب مبنية على العدل، وتحقيق الحريات المشروعة وفق ضوابط الإسلام، واعتبرت الحوار الحضاري أفضل السبل إلى التفاهم السوي بين الفرقاء، وأن المواطنة الشاملة استحقاق تمليه مبادئ العدالة الإسلامية. أما التوصيات: فيمکن إيجازها في الدعوة إلى إثراء وثيقة مکة، ودراستها من جميع الجوانب، على نحو مستفيض، وبيان بنيتها القِيَمية، والقانونية، وأسسها الشرعية، وتحويل مضمونها إلى تطبيقات عملية على المستوى المحلي والدولي والعالمي لإبراز سماحة الإسلام وتعاليمه العالمية.
Abstract:                                       
Research objectives: Defining the human and cultural values, and Makkah Document. Highlighting the human and cultural values of Makkah Document. The impact of such values in achieving coexistence and peace among peoples, besides, strengthening it at the local, international and global levels. Research Methodology: The research type required the adoption of two research methods: the inductive method and the descriptive method. Key results: Makkah Al-Mukarramah Document was written in the light of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Document, addressing the urgent issues of the present era with the comprehensive horizon of Islam for all aspects of life. The Document clarified that it is a constitutional document of a humanitarian nature that aims to establish human values. The Document included the value of cooperation for the benefit of all and achieving the good of humanity. The Document called for the establishment of a positive civilized partnership between peoples based on justice. The Document called for the realization of legitimate freedoms in accordance with the rules of Islam. The Document considered civilized dialogue as the best way to a proper understanding among the parties. The Document assured that comprehensive citizenship is an entitlement dictated by the principles of Islamic justice. Recommendations: It is summarized in the call to enrich the Makkah Document, studying all the Document’s aspects in an extensive manner, and clarifying its value, and legal and Sharia foundations. The Document content shall be transformed into practical applications at the local, international and global levels to highlight the tolerance of Islam and its universal teachings.
