ظاهرة التسول وکيف عالجها الإسلام

الملخص :
وقد حذّر الإسلام من التسول ونفّر منه؛ لأن صاحبه يفقد کرامته في الدنيا، ويسيء إلى آخرته، والتحذير منه بکل صوره، والدعوة إلى التعفف والقناعة والرضا. والترغيب في السعي والعمل، والأخذ بالأسباب المشروعة لکَسْبِ الرزق بشرف وکرامة وعزَّة نفسٍ وإن الشرع أباح السؤال وطلب العون المالي من الغير في حالات محددات، ولم يعد ذلک تسولا . والمتسولين في هذه الأيام هم ممن يمتهنون التسول امتهانا ودخولهم عالية جدا بل إن منهم من بنى أبراجا من التسول، فهم ليسوا بحاجة إلى المال. وعلى الإنسان المسلم أن يکون يقظا فطنا لا تنطوي عليه حيل المتسولين، والإسلام يهدف إلى إنشاء مجتمع نظيف تختفي منه کل الظواهر السيئة، والعادات القبيحة.  وسنحاول في هذا البحث أن نتعرض لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة التي انتشرت في هذا العصر، وبيان الحکم الشرعي لها، وبيان أسبابها ودوافعها، وصورها، وبيان الآثار الخطيرة الناجمة عنها وکيفية معالجة الإسلام لها.
 
 
Abstract:
Islam has warned against beggary and shunned it; Because its owner loses his dignity in this world, and offends his afterlife, warning against him in all its forms, and a call to abstinence, contentment and contentment. And the encouragement to strive and work, and to adopt the legitimate reasons for earning a living with honor, dignity and self-esteem, and that the Shariah permitted asking and seeking financial aid from others in specific cases, and that is no longer beggary. And beggars these days are those who practice beggary in disgrace, and their incomes are very high. Some of them even built beggary towers, so they do not need money. The Muslim person must be alert and clever and not be tempted by the tricks of beggars, and Islam aims to create a clean society from which all bad phenomena and ugly habits will disappear. In this research, we will try to discuss this dangerous phenomenon that has spread in this era, and to clarify the legal ruling for it, and to explain its causes and motives, and its forms, and to explain the dangerous effects resulting from it and how Islam deals with it.
