الأحکام المتعلقة بتعليم وتحفيظ القرآن الکريم بالطرق الحديثة «الخرائط الذهنية» و«التعليم بالإشارة» (أنموذجا)

الملخص :
إن تعليم القرآن الکريم وتحفيظه ليس بمنأى عن التقدم والتطور الذي تحياه البشرية في مختلف المجالات، وبخاصة الوسائل التعليمية التربوية الحديثة، التي تساعد المعلم والمتعلم في سرعة الاستيعاب، ودقة الفهم، وإيصال المعلومة بسهولة ويسر. وتتناول هذه الدراسة في طياتها نموذجين من الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة، وتطبيقهما على تعليم وتحفيظ القرآن الکريم، وبيان آراء العلماء المعاصرين في الأحکام الشرعية المتعلقة بذلک. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على کلا الوسيلتين – الخرائط الذهنية، ولغة الإشارة – وبيان الحکم الشرعي لاستخدام هذه الطرق في تعلم القرآن الکريم. ولأجل الوصول لهذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، والمنهج الاستنباطي، والاستدلالي.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها:
- أن الراجح من أقوال العلماء في استخدام طريقة الخريطة الذهنية هو الجواز بشروط من أهمها: منع تصوير أي أمر أمور الغيب کالجنة والنار والصراط وأهوال يوم القيامة، وغير ذلک.
- أنه يجوز کتابة آيات القرآن برسم الإشارات للصم والبکم؛ ولکن وفق ضوابط من أهمها فهم اللغة العربية کما عُهِدَتْ في العصر الأول، ودلالات المعاني القرآنية کما أرادها الله U، وعدم الخروج عنها، وموافقة صحيح التفسير.
 
Abstract :
Teaching and memorizing the Holy Qur’an is not immune to the progress and development that humankind lives in various fields, especially modern educational methods that help the teacher and the learner in the speed of comprehension, accuracy of understanding, and the easy and easy delivery of information. In its folds, this study deals with two models of modern teaching aids, their application to teaching and memorizing the Holy Qur’an, and stating the views of contemporary scholars on Sharia rulings related to that. The study aims to identify both methods - mental maps and sign language - and to explain the legal ruling on using these methods in learning the Noble Qur’an. In order to reach these goals, the study used the analytical descriptive method, the comparative method, the deductive method, and the deductive method.
The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are:
- That the most correct of the sayings of scholars in using the mental map method is permissibility, with conditions among the most important of which are: prohibiting the depiction of any matter of the unseen matters such as Paradise, Hell, the Path, the horrors of the Day of Resurrection, and so on.
It is permissible to write verses of the Qur’an by drawing signs for the deaf and dumb. But according to guidelines, the most important of which is the understanding of the Arabic language as it was used in the first era, the connotations of the Qur’anic meanings as God Almighty wanted it, and not deviating from it, and the approval of the correct interpretation.
