مقومات الأمن المائي في ضوء السنة النبوية "دراسة موضوعية"

الملخص
إن الماء هو أصل الحياة ، ومنبع النماء، وهو السبيل لبناء الحضارات، وشيوع  العمران  ، فلولا  الماء ما کانت الحياة ، ولذلک حثت السنة النبوية على الاهتمام بالماء والحفاظ على موارده وصيانته من الإسراف والتبذير والتلوث، وحيثما قَلَّ الماء أو شَحَّ أو مُنِع بسبب اعتداء أو عدوان ازداد الناس قلقاً وذعراً وخوفاً وغاب الأمن ونشب ما يهدد الأمن المائي للدول وللشعوب وشاع بين الناس الفقر والحاجة وذلک لأنه لا سبيل للبقاء على الأرض وزراعتها وتعميرها بدون الماء بل إن الصناعة لابد فيها من الماء فبدونها تتوقف المصانع وتتعطل حرکة الإنتاج ويتلاشى تصدير المنتجات ويعجز الإنسان عن العيش والعمل فتتبدد أحلامه ويکون عُرضة للمخاطر والهلاک  لذلک فإن الحفاظ على الأمن المائي ومقوماته واجب من الواجبات وفرض من الفروض ولا ينبغي التقصير في الحفاظ عليه مهما کانت الأحوال والظروف هذا وقد سميت البحث بـ "مقومات الأمن المائي في ضوء السنة النبوية" دراسة موضوعية.
Abstract:
Water is the origin of life, the source of growth, and it is the way to build civilizations, and the prevalence of urbanization. Without water, life would not have been. Therefore, the Prophet’s Sunnah urged attention to water and the preservation and maintenance of its resources from extravagance, waste and pollution.
If water becomes scarce or prevented due to war or aggression, anxiety and panic will be widespread among the people, security will be absent, and water security will be threatened.
This is because there is no way to survive on the land, cultivate it, or rebuild it without water. Rather, the industry must have water, without water the factories stop and the export of products vanishes, and man is unable to live and work, and he is vulnerable to perdition.
Therefore, maintaining water security and its components is a duty, and there should be no negligence in preserving it, whatever the circumstances.
This research has been called "the elements of water security in light of the Sunnah" an objective study.
