الأنافح الحيوانية وأثرها في صناعة الأجبان (دراسة فقهية مقارنة )

الملخص :
 لقد کرم الله عزوجل الإنسان بالعقل وأعطاه القدرة على اکتشاف الکون وعمارة الأرض لذلک احتاج الإنسان إلى الغذاء للقيام بمهمته على الأرض کخليفة ، وتمکن الإنسان بما حباه الله عزوجل من علم ومعرفة من اکتشاف أنواع متعددة من الغذاء ، مما دفعته إلى التفکير في إيجاد وسائل لتحسين نوعية غذائه وحفظه من التلف ، إلى أن وصلنا اليوم إلى تخصص علمي هائل في علوم التغذية ، إلا أن هذا التقدم العلمي الکبير في مجال الصناعة الغذائية حمل في طيَّاته مشکلات عويصه للناس ، احتاجت إلى تدخل الفقه لحلها ، وخاصة بعد أن استخدم العلماء مواد من أصول محرمة کالخنزير في صناعة الغذاء،
لما کان الأمر کذلک آثرت أن يکون موضوع بحثي  عن "  الأنافح الحيوانية وأثرها في صناعة الأجبان"  "دراسة فقهية مقارنة" ، فلقد بدأت البحث بمقدمة تضمنت رغبتي في الکتابة بهذا الموضوع وما ظهر لي من قيمة علمية له ، کما تضمنت المقدمة أهمية الموضوع ، ومشکلة البحث ، وأهدافه ، ومنهجة ، ثم قمت بتقسيم البحث إلى عدة مباحث : تضمن المبحث الأول التعريف بمفردات البحث ، وتضمن المبحث الثاني مصادر الأنافح الحيوانية ، والمبحث الثالث تضمن حکم الأنفحة إذا أخذت من حيوان مذکى مأکول اللحم أو أخذت من حيوان غير مأکول اللحم ، ثم تحدثت في المبحث الرابع عن حکم الأنافح إذا أخذت من الميتة أو من حيوان مذکى ذکاة غير شرعية ، وتحدثت في المبحث الخامس عن حکم أکل الجبن المصنوع بأنفحة الميتة ، وفي المبحث السادس تحدثت عن بدائل الأنافح الحيوانية .
ثم انتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها ، وفهرس بأهم المصادر والمراجع التي استعنت بها ، وفهرس بجميع الموضوعات التي تناولها البحث .
Abstract :
God Almighty has honored man with the mind and gave him the ability to discover the universe and the architecture of the earth. That is why man needed food to carry out his mission on earth as a caliph, and with what God Almighty and Majestic endowed him with knowledge and knowledge, man was able to discover multiple types of food, which prompted him to think about finding means  To improve the quality of its food and protect it from spoilage, until we reached today a tremendous scientific specialization in nutrition sciences, but this great scientific progress in the field of food industry carried with it difficult problems for people, which required the intervention of jurisprudence to solve them, especially after the scientists used materials from the origins of  Prohibited like pork in the food industry, when that was the case, I preferred to be the subject of my research on animal poultry and their impact on the gene industry. The study is a doctrinal comparison. I started the research with an introduction that included my desire to write about this topic and the scientific value that appeared to me, as well as the importance of the topic.  And the research problem, its objectives, and its methodology, then I divided the research into several sections: The first topic included definition of the search terms, the second topic included the sources of animal feathers, and the third section included the rule of rennet if it was taken from  Yuan of meat that is eaten or taken from an animal that is not eaten meat, then I talked in the fourth section about the ruling on meatballs if it is taken from a dead animal or from a slaughtered animal that is an illegal slaughter.  Animal tafel.  Then the study ended with a conclusion that included the most important findings and recommendations that it reached, and an index of the most important sources and references that I sought, and an index of all the topics covered by the research.
