إجادة النجدة بمنع القصر في طريق جدة تأليف تاج الدين بن أحمد بن إبراهيم الدَّهَّان الحنفي المکي

الملخص :
لا زال التراث الإسلامي الفقهي معينا لا ينضب، وکل يوم تخرج لنا کنوز من کنوزه، وترى النور عين من عيونه، فنقع على علوم فقهية فيها تحرير وتدقيق وفهم واستنباط، ومن هذه الکنوز رسالة: إجادة النجدة بمنع القصر في طريق جدة، ألفها العلامة/ برهان الدين أحمد الدهان علم من أعلام مکة في القرن الحادي عشر، وکان سبب تأليفها وقوع الإشکال في تحرير مذهب الحنفية، وتنزيل ذلک على الواقع، وقد تميزت الرسالة بمزايا أعظمها:  کثرت النقول عن علماء المذهب على اختلاف طبقاتهم وتفرق أزمنتهم. وتحرير الکلام في المسألة على قواعد المذهب وأصوله تحريرا بالغا. وتوضيح الإشکالات والإجابة عن الاعتراضات بعبارة سهلة واضحة. وشارک المؤلف في تأليف الرسالة جماعة من الفقهاء فجاءت تحفة بديعة متميزة في عرضها وسبکها وأسلوبها. وقد قدمت بين يدي الرسالة بمقدمة مختصرة بالتعريف بالمؤلف وکتابه، وکذلک دراسة المسألة التي هي أصل عنوان الکتاب وهي: مقدار السفر المعتبر شرعا في المذاهب الأربعة.
Abstract :                     
The rich Islamic jurisprudential knowledge is inexhaustible, and every day new treasures are being discovered, and new light becomes visible from its depths eyes, so we fall upon new rulings, precision and   jurisprudential understanding being deduced, and among these treasures is a treatise titled: “Proficiency in Help by Preventing the Shortening of the Prayer on the road to Jeddah, authored by the scholar: Burhan Al-Din Ahmad Al-Dahan, a great scholar from the scholars of Makkah in the eleventh century. The reason for this treatise to be authored was the problem which arose from the liberation of the Hanafi school of thought and applying this in the real-world. This treatise was distinguished in many ways, the most obvious being: Many quotes from the scholars of the school of thought, over the years and different periods of time. Extensive revision and precision in dealing with the topic on hand, based on the rules and principles of the school of thought. Explanation of any objections which may arise and clarifying any discrepancies found in a simple and easy words. Many jurists participated in authoring this treatise by a group of jurists, and as a result this exquisite masterpiece was presented unique in style, flow and presentation of the information. The treatise was preceded with a brief introduction about the author and his book, as well as studying the issue that was the essence of the title of the book, namely: The distance which is legally considered before shortening the prayer in the four schools of thought.
