الملخص :
يدور هذا البحث حول : "القواعِدُ الأُصوليَّةُ اللغوية المؤثِّرةُ في وقائع الوقف - دراسةٌ أصوليَّةٌ تطبيقيَّة " ، ولا يخفى ما لهذا الموضوع - بما فيه من ربط لمسائل هذا الباب العظيم مع القواعد الأصولية- من تأثير في تمکين القارئ من معرفة الأصل الذي سار عليه الفقهاء حينما أصدروا أحکامهم على تلک النوازل والفروع ، وفي تمکين المجتهد المستفيد من استنباط الحکم في أي واقعة من الوقائع بتنزيل النوازل على القواعد الأصولية وربطها بها على مثل النهج المذکور ، ومن هنا کان البحث مشتملا بعد المقدمة على مبحثين وخاتمة ، المبحث الأول : في بيان ماهية مفردات عنوان البحث من خلال الدراسة النظرية التأصيلية ، واشتمل على مطالب : المطلب الأول :  في تعريف القاعدة الأصولية لغة واصطلاحا ، المطلب الثاني : في الفرق بين القاعدة الأصولية ، والقاعدة الفقهية ، المطلب الثالث : توضيح المراد بالقواعد اللغوية ، المطلب الرابع : في بيان ماهية الوقف .
أما المبحث  الثاني فهو في الدراسة التطبيقية الاستقرائية للقواعد اللغوية المتعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ وطرق الاستنباط ، والمؤثرة في مسائل الوقف وفيه مطالب :  المطلب الأول : القواعد المتعلقة بالعموم والخصوص والمخصصات  والاشتراک ،  المطلب الثاني : القواعد المتعلقة : بالأمر والنهي ، والحقيقة والمجاز  ، المطلب الثالث  : القواعد المتعلقة بالإطلاق والتقييد ، والمفهوم ،  المطلب الرابع : القواعد المتعلقة بمعاني الحروف .
الخاتمة : وتتضمن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال الکتابة في هذا البحث
Abstract :
This research revolves around: “ The Fundamentalist and Linguistic Bases Affecting Waqf Events - An Applied Fundamentalist Study ”, and the effect of this topic - including its connection to the issues of this great chapter with fundamentalist rules - is not hidden from the effect in enabling the reader to know the origin of the jurists when They issued their rulings on those calamities and branches, and in enabling the diligent beneficiary to derive the judgment in any of the facts by downloading the calamities on the fundamentalist rules and linking them to them on the same approach as mentioned, and from here the research was included after the introduction on two topics and a conclusion, the first topic: in a statement what the vocabulary of the title The research is through the fundamentalist theoretical study, and it included demands: The first requirement: in defining the fundamentalist rule as a language and idiom, the second requirement: in the difference between the fundamentalist rule and the rule and jurisprudence, the third requirement: clarification of what is meant by linguistic grammar, the fourth requirement: in explaining what the endowment is, The second topic is in the applied inductive study of linguistic grammar related to semantics of dictionaries and methods of deduction, affecting the issues of endowment and has demands :
 The first requirement: the rules related to publicity, privacy, allocations and participation, the second requirement: the rules related to order and prohibition, the truth and the metaphor, the third requirement: the rules related to release and restriction, and the concept, the fourth requirement: the rules related to the meanings of letters.
