حفظ الدين وأثره في مکافحة الشائعات "دراسة تحليلية "

الملخص :
لقد جاء الدين الإسلامي بالخير العظيم للأرض ومن عليها ، وإنزال الشرائع التي تضمن حفظ المجتمع من کل ما يعکر صفوه ، فوضع الضوابط التي تکافح الشائعات وتقضي على وجودها في المجتمع عن طريق ما يعرف بالکليات الخمس أو مقاصد الشريعة ، وهي حفظ الدين والنفس والعقل والمال والعرض .
والشائعات ولا شک آفة مجتمعية خطيرة تؤثر سلبًا على الأفراد والمجتمعات لا سيما في أوقات الأزمات والمحن ، وهي تکون بالترويج للکذب عبر الوسائل المقروءة أو المسموعة ، أو في المجالس بين الناس ، أو عن طريق الوسائل الحديثة في التواصل الاجتماعي عبر شبکات الانترنت ، وهو أمر من الخطورة بمکان ، ومن ثم فإن الإسلام قد أوجب أمورًا ينبغي على المرء حفظها والمحافظة عليها ؛ إذ بحفظها يتحقق الأمن والسلام بين الأفراد والأمم ، وعلى رأس هذه الکليات التي أوجب الإسلام حفظها ( حفظ الدين ) وهو آکد هذه الکليات .
فبحفظ الدين يبعد الإنسان عن الغيبة والنميمة والکذب والطعن في أعراض الناس وسوء الظن بهم ، وبحفظ الدين لا يقبل الإنسان أن تکال التهم والأکاذيب في حق الأبرياء ، ويتعين عليه ألا يسمع لهم ، وأن يزجرهم وينهاهم بالحسنى عن باطلهم ويخبرهم أن کل ذلک لا يقره الدين الإسلامي؛ لأنه من أعمال المنافقين وضعفاء الإيمان ، وقد عالج البحث هذه الظاهرة معالجة موضوعية کما سيظهر في ثناياه إن شاء الله تعالى .

Abstract
The Islamic religion came with a great good for the whole world, and sets the laws that guarantee the retaining of society from everything that disturbs. It sets the deregulations that fight rumours and eliminate them in society through what are known as the five inclusive or the objectives of the law, which is the uphold of religion, soul, mind, money and honour.  Rumours are undoubtedly a serious societal scourge that negatively affects individuals and societies, especially in times of crisis and adversity, and it is by promoting lies through readable or audible means, or in assemblies among people, or by modern means of social communication via the internet, which is a very grave issue. Therefore, Islam has mandated things one must keep and uphold. By keeping them, security and peace will be established among individuals and nations, and at the top of these inclusive that Islam is obligated to preserve (keep religion) is the most certain of these inclusive.
Keeping religion helps distancing Man from backbiting, gossip, lying, and ill-speaking of honour of people with mistrust in them. By preserving the religion, man does not accept the charges and lies against innocent people, and he must not listen to them, enjoin them and forbade them with kindness from their falsehood and tell them that all this is not approved by the Islamic religion. Because it is the work of hypocrites and weak faith, the research dealt with this phenomenon objectively as will appear in its folds, if  Allah wills all under the title of: "Preserving religion and its effect in combating rumours.”
