الملخص:
تکمن أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره فيما يلي: أن الحکم علي المغاير ليس للترفيه والتسلية، والافضل دعوته قبل الحکم عليه. والدعاة إلي الله يدعون إليه بالحکمة والموعظة الحسنة والجدال بالتي هي أحسن فقط، والحکم علي الاخر يکون للقضاء أو المؤسسات الرسمية في الدول والحکومات. ومعرفة أن الحکم علي المغاير تحکمه الضوابط الاخلاقية والعلمية التي جاءت بها الشريعة الغراء ،التي يسير عليها الدعاة علي بصيرة. ونهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جهاد الدعاة الاُول بکل غال ونفيس في سبيل تبليغ الدعوة دون تکفير لأحد من مخالفيهم أو تفسيق أو إراقة دماء و بيان الصورة الحقيقية التي جاء بها الاسلام في الحکم علي الاخر المغاير. ويقوم البحث بعرض أفکار من کتب في الموضوع، وتتبعت تحليلاتهم ، کما قمت بحصر الآيات القرآنية التي تحدثت عن الايذاء بمفرداته، ثم قمت بعرض أقوال من کتب في وسائل وأساليب وتناول هذه الوسيلة للخروج بدراسة مکتملة الارکان يستفيد منها الدعاة، في محاولة لوضع لبنة في صرح علم الدعوة الشامخ ، وهذا ما جعلني أسلک سبيل المنهج الاستنباطي ،کما أنه لا غنى لي عن الاستفادة من بعض مناهج البحث الأخرى .

Abstract :
The importance of the matter and the reasons for choosing it lie in the following: the ruling on heterosexuals is not for entertainment and entertainment , and it is better to call him before judging him. And preachers to god are calling to him with wisdom and good advice and argument with which it is better only , and the ruling on the other will be for the judiciary or official institutions in countries and governments. And knowing that the ruling on heterosexuals is governed by the moral and scientific controls that the glorious sharia came to , which the preachers ali insists on.
The aim of this study is to highlight the jihad of the first preachers with every precious and precious way in order to communicate the invitation without atonement for one of their violators or to coordinate or spill blood and to show the true image that islam came to rule on the other one.
The research presents the ideas of books on the subject, i tracked their analyzes , and i also limited the quranic verses that talked about harm alone , then i presented the sayings of books in methods and methods and addressed this means to come up with a full study of the principles that the preachers benefit from , in an attempt to put a brick in the edifice of science the call is lofty, and this is what led me to follow the path of deductive method, as it is indispensable for me to benefit from some other research method.
